How long does it take to see results?

Most of our products are fast-acting, and you can see results in 1 - 2 days, but to see the actual transformation, it generally takes 2 - 3 weeks.

Can I use theConcept if I have sensitive skin?

We recommend a patch test before starting any new skincare regime. Apply a small amount of the product to patch test on the lower jaw. Wait 1-2 minutes before proceeding.

If any redness, irritation, or swelling develops, please discontinue the use of the product and contact our care team.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Our products have an expiration date printed on the bottom of each bottle. 

What should I do if my skin has irritation or allergic reactions after using the product?

Every skin type can use our products. But we recommend you test the product with a sensitive skin area, such as the lower jaw.

If severe irritation or allergic reactions occur after using the product on your face, stop using it and talk to a dermatologist as soon as possible.

theConcept products do not contain synthetic fragrances, are known to be potential allergens, and are often made with petrochemicals and phthalates. Instead, we use botanically-based essential oils and natural essences that have an uplifting scent and can help enhance the skin's beauty.
